30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with all original parts, accessories, and packaging included. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@romanmagic.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Roman Magic cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@romanmagic.com and include your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll review the problem and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, contact us at info@romanmagic.com. The fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order after your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@romanmagic.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information hasn’t updated or your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at info@romanmagic.com. We’ll help investigate the issue with the carrier.
